The SPC5633MF2MLQ80 microcontroller by Freescale, is a member of the SPC56x family of microcontrollers. It is an 8/16-bit microcontroller based on a modified Harvard architecture, with both a Harvard-style single-instruction-fetch coupled with a single-instruction-access memory. It features 16Kbytes of flash memory, 32Kbytes of RAM and a large set of peripherals and development tools.
This microcontroller is applicable for a large number of embedded applications, most notably in the automotive, industrial automation, avionics, digital energy and home appliances areas. It supports flexible options for memory protection and access control and utilizes internal interfaces, such as CAN, FlexCAN, LIN and SENT.
