SS25LHRQG

The SS25LHRQG is a single rectifier diode manufactured by Shanghai Sunto Top Industrial Co., Ltd. It is a high power, high temperature resistant general purpose diode with a forward voltage of 15V and an operating temperature range of - 55°C to + 145°C.

This single rectifier diode is made with a high grade silicon epitaxial construction, capable of dissipating power as high as 8A at a temperature of 25°C, or 2A at a temperature of 125°C. It also has a low reverse leakage current of less than 50µA in the temperature range of - 55°C - + 125°C.

The applications of SS25LHRQG diode include surge protection, motor control circuits and ESD protection, high frequency rectification, switching, DC/AC conversion, and stabilizing power supply voltage. It is also suitable for use in high frequency switches, high voltage power supplies, and power grids.
