The SST38VF6401-90-5C-EKE is a CMOS Flash memory which is especially targeted for high reliability applications such as point-of-sale and financial systems, commercial applications and cost effective write-once devices. It is composed of 8K of memory organized as 128 pages of 64 bytes each with a minimum write/erase endurance cycle of 10,000/100,000 cycles.
