This evaluation board is a part of the ST Family of microcontroller and DSP solutions, providing customers with a powerful and easy-to-use device for the creation of innovative products, such as embedded systems, network solutions, and more.
This evaluation board consists of an integrated ST7MC DT20 microcontroller and DSP solution on a single board solution. This board is designed to allow the user to explore the entire power of the ST7MC DT20 solution, including all its integrated peripheral features. With the integrated microcontroller and DSP solutions, users are able to realize both traditional embedded control applications and complex matrix operations. Furthermore, the board is compliant with the PCI Express protocol, allowing for an easy and cost-effective platform for the development of PCI Express-based designs.
The ST7MC DT20-EVY/US evaluation board offers enhanced performance with both the microcontroller and DSP solutions. The board features advanced communication peripherals, including a USB controller, UART, and I2C. The USB controller is equipped with full-speed ports, enabling high-speed data transfer. The UART and I2C support speed up to 1MHz, allowing for fast communication between the controller and peripheral devices. The board also includes a DMA controller, which allows for efficient memory transfers and reduces the load on the CPU.
