STEVAL-ISA018V1 Application Field and Working Principle

The switch allows controlling the ON/OFF function of the board. It then triggers the voltage detector optocoupler that locks the start-up circuit of the secondary winding.

The transformer converts the AC input signal to the required low voltage to turn on the MOSFETs. The four TAAL024V6FU inject resistors, two TAAL-007V6FU capacitors and one protection diode are used to limit the load current and to protect the board in case of over-voltage. The yellow LED is an indication of the ON/OFF status of the board.
