The final stage of the STEVAL-ISA069V1 is the AC/DC (off-line) stage. This stage is used to convert the unregulated AC voltage into a regulated DC voltage that is required to power the rest of the system. To this end, the board features the STP45NF06, a low-on-resistance N-channel power MOSFET. The MOSFET is capable of delivering up to 30A of output current and is rated to handle up to 600V of input voltage.
