The STGW30NC60WD is a dual-channel IGBT that features high-current density and medium-voltage IGBTs in a single package featuring a peak current capability of 13A and a blocking voltage of 600V.
The STEVAL-ISQ002V1 includes a driver board that provides the user with an easy-to-use interface for the STGW30NC60WD. The driver board includes an MCU, a DAC, two input/output FETs, and connectors.
