STG3680QTR Application Field and Working Principle

The STG3680QTR is an integrated high-voltage analog switch/multiplexer/demultiplexer from STMicroelectronics designed for automotive applications. The STG3680QTR is qualified to AEC-Q100 and has an operating temperature range of −40°C to 150°C.The device is capable of multiplexing and demultiplexing signals up to 16-bit data, and allows users to reduce the number of components used for high-speed data transmission. Its multiplexing part allows serial switching of HV signals, while its demultiplexing part supports daisy-chain connection and reduces the number of pins required.The low-on resistance of the device ensures minimal voltage drop and minimal added noise when used with high-speed signals.
