PMIC - LED Drivers

The STLD20CP1PQR is a PMIC – LED Drivers from STMicroelectronics. The device belongs to the STLD20 subfamily, which is a series of single-channel dimmable drivers meant for the control of light emitting diodes (LEDs). It provides the functions necessary to design a complete LED-based lighting system and includes features that reduce overall system cost, such as dimming capabilities, a single-window ADC and a 10-Bit DAC.

The driver operates with an input voltage range of 5.5V to 38V, and it can be used to control up to two strings of 22 LEDs with a maximum forward current of 20A per channel. The PWM dimming ratio is designed to be adjustable from 0.5% to 100% with a minimum PWM dimming frequency of 0.2kHz. Working Principle

The STLD20CP1PQR features a unique N-channel MOSFET-based driver architecture.
