Working Principle

The STLQ015M33R is a three-terminal line a regulated voltage regulator (LDO). It operates like most other LDOs, with a reference voltage connected to a feedback network to maintain the desired output voltage. The output voltage is regulated by two independent error amplifiers, which compare the output voltage with reference voltage and control the output accordingly. As the current demands of the load change, the error amplifiers adjust the output voltage to maintain the output at the desired level.
