STM32F427VGT6 and STM32F429xx devices are based on high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core running up to 180 MHz. Cortex-M4 The core features floating-point unit (FPU) single-precision and supports all Arm® single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a complete set of DSPs Instruction and Memory Protection Unit (MPU) to enhance application security. STM32F427xx and STM32F429xx devices integrate high-speed embedded Memory (up to 2 MB Flash, up to 256 KB SRAM), up to 4 KB Backup SRAM, and extensive enhanced I/O and peripheral connections to both APB bus, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix. All devices offer three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, one low-power RTC, twelve general-purpose 16-bit timers, including two PWM timers for motor control and two general-purpose 32-bit timers. They also have standard and advanced communication interfaces.
