The STM6778TGWB6F is a low cost, 3.3 V/3.6V Micro-Power supervisor integrated circuit, dedicated to providing reset, watchdog and power supply monitoring functions for embedded systems. It is designed to detect system reset conditions, the most common of which are power-up, power supply voltage, and watchdog events. In addition, the supervisor can monitor battery-powered systems for low-battery conditions.
The STM6778TGWB6F is designed to monitor system power supply performance and detect power failure or brownout conditions. The reset output is driven low whenever a monitored threshold is exceeded and can be used to control other system components, such as power supplies, or generate an interrupt or system reset.
