1. Description

STM8S001J3M3 8-bit microcontroller provides 8 KB of flash program memory, plus Integrated real data EEPROM. Called low-density device in STM8S Microcontroller series. The STM8S001J3 device has the following advantages: performance, robustness and reduced system cost. True data EEPROM supports up to 100,000 write/erase cycles, advanced cores and peripherals manufactured with the most advanced technology 16 MHz clock frequency technology, powerful I/O, independent watchdog Clock source and clock security system. Due to the high system integration with internal clock, the system cost is reduced Oscillator, watchdog and power-down reset.
