STRVS185X02B

The STRVS185X02B is a low capacitance TVS (transient voltage suppressor) diode, designed specifically for the protection of high speed data interfaces. It features an ultra-low capacitance of 0.25PF and a fast response of less than 2ns, enabling it to block electrostatic discharges up to 15kV.
