SX20AC and SS-G are two kinds of microcontrollers that are used in many electronic applications. The main difference between them is the amount of memory and the number of input/output pins. SX20AC has 64-pin package with up to 512K of Flash memory while the SS-G comes with 96-pin package with up to 1MB of Flash memory. Both microcontrollers have on-chip oscillators, internal voltage regulation, timers, interrupt logic and power-saving features.

The SX20AC/SS-G contain both the ARM core and the 8051 core. On the ARM core, users can create programs in the Cortex-A8 ISA which is an instruction set for x86-based computing architecture.
