T410-600H is a 600 volts 4 amps, 4 pin Triac Thyristor that is widely used in lighting equipment, solid-state relay applications, phase-control applications, heaters, and other AC switching applications. This thyristor device offers high surge capability as well as an advanced diffused structure. It is extremely efficient and has a very low on-state voltage drop, enabling repetitive high-speed AC switching.

Working Principle of T410-600H

The T410-600H is a four-pin thyristor device which utilizes a diffused structure for operation. The device is a bidirectional device, meaning that it can be used in both AC and DC applications. On-state conduction is improved through its high current gain, which ensures fast switching times and low on-state current flow.
