The transducer consists of a stainless steel diaphragm, a non-linear Wheatstone bridge, an integrated capacitance-to-voltage transducer, and an instrument amplifier. The diaphragm enables the sensor to measure absolute pressure changes in both positive and negative directions, i.e. pressure increases and pressure decreases.The working principle behind the TBFLPNS100PGUCV Pressure Sensor, Transducer is based around the Wheatstone bridge. A Wheatstone bridge is an electrical circuit made up of four resistors, which are set up in a diamond shape. When one of the resistors in the Wheatstone bridge is replaced by a pressure sensing diaphragm, the resistance of the entire circuit changes with changes in pressure. This change is then translated into an electrical voltage, which is then amplified and output from the transducer.The TBFLPNS100PGUCV Pressure Sensor, Transducer has a wide range of applications.
