PMIC - Gate Drivers provide power management control systems that allow external electrical components to be activated or deactivated as required. TC1413COA713 is a high voltage I2C controlled level changing amplifier. This device transforms an I2C digital signal into a high voltage analog signal, allowing the direct activation and deactivation of electronic components. It can be used to drive MOSFETs, IGBTs, MOS Field Effect Transistors (MOSFET), Triacs, and Bipolar Gate Drivers (BGT).

The TC1413COA713 operates in a wide range of environmental temperatures, from up to 85ºC to down to -55ºC.
