TC4427ACOA713 PMIC - Gate Drivers
The TC4427A and TC4427C devices from Microchip are power metal-oxide semiconductor (MOSFET) high-side and low-side gate drivers, respectively. This makes them very suitable as PMIC - Gate Drivers in many degrees of applications, ranging from motor control to power conversion.
