The TC514CPJ is an Analog Front-End (AFE) device in Data Acquisition technology. It is a single chip, low power 14-bit A/D converter that provides a complete solution for multiple-channel data acquisition applications.

The TC514CPJ features a wide range of input voltage ratings (7V to +12V common mode) and an adjustable conversion rate from 6.66kHz to 25kHz. It also has an on-chip digital filter for signal conditioning and offers an adjustable filter bandwidth of 0.4 to 22kHz. The device also includes an internal temperature sensor, configurable interrupt and data ready signal, a highly accurate internal reference and a single-ended track-and-hold amplifier.
