PMIC - Supervisors are power management ICs (PMICs) used to monitor and control the power supply of electronic systems. The TC51N3002ECBTR is a PMIC – supervisors that provides an ultra-low power integrated voltage supervisor, two regulated voltage outputs and input overvoltage protection.

The TC51N3002ECBTR is a 4 MHz, ultra-low risk transport voltage supervisor that provides full isolation between its input power supply and its outputs. The TC51N3002ECBTR is designed to be used in communication interface and audio applications which require a regulated voltage with a high accuracy to ensure system operation. The device also features overvoltage protection for the generating circuit and an on-chip voltage supervisor.
