The TC7662BCOA takes a voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and drops it down to a regulated 1.2V with a low quiescent current of 120uA at light load conditions. It features a built-in poE (power over Ethernet) support with minimal external components, as well as low EMI with minimal external filtering. The TC7662BCOA also features programmable soft-start and adjustable foldback current limit. In addition, it also includes adjustable deadtime and cycle-by-cycle current limiting protection.
The TC7662BCOA has many application fields. It is ideal for powering video, audio, portable applications, IoT and various other embedded devices. It is highly efficient and its low noise level ensures quality performance. The TC7662BCOA is also compatible with fast cables and can be used in less than 0.4V of PoE systems for greater system power delivery.
