The THS3215IRGVT is a high-speed, low-power, rail-to-rail amplifier designed for instrumentation applications. The device features wide bandwidth (7GHz) and a fast slew rate (3V/µs) making it ideal for high-performance applications such as filters, signal acquisition, digital-to-analog converters, and dc motor control. With a supply voltage of +4.5V to +12V and a single-ended input and output, the amplifier is also well suited for instrumentation and process control where low-power and high-accuracy is critical.

The THS3215IRGVT operates with a single-ended input signal, by using internal inverters to convert the signal to a complementary signal for driving the output. The amplifier is capable of driving loads from 500Ω to 10kΩ and has an output current sink and source capability of up to 8mA. The differential input voltage range is from -5V to +5V and the output stages are symmetrical around a common-mode voltage.

The THS3215IRGVT has a built-in temperature compensation circuit to improve accuracy, stability and power dissipation.
