Features

The TL499ACPSR is a switchmode, monolithic DC-to-DC converter that has two integrated synchronous rectification MOSFETs. This device allows control of the output voltage from 0.6 V to 3.0 V. The PWM and pulse-by-pulse current-limit circuitry easily allows design optimization. The current limit is adjustable over a wide range such as 0.1 to 2.0 A with a single resistor.The TL499ACPSR features an adjustable LVCVS current-limit feature to accurately adjust the current limit over a wide range. Working Principle

The TL499ACPSR is a synchronous DC-to-DC conversion with two permanent magnet synchronous rectifier MOSFETs. The power MOSFETs can deliver up to 5 A of continuous current. The device can be configured to work as a step-up, step-down, or inverting converter. The two synchronous rectifier MOSFETs are driven by a 150 kHz oscillator to produce up to 3 A of output current over a wide input voltage range.
