TL7715ACPG4 is an integrated supervisor device with multiple power supply monitoring functions. It is applicable to multiple power supplies such as core logic voltage management, auxiliary/backup supply, power management and sensor verification, DSP independent power supply, system reset delay protection, power failure reset and protection monitoring, overvoltage and overcurrent monitoring, and power-on reset .

TL7715ACPG4 provides 16 monitoring functions, including power-on reset (POR), multi-supply reset, overtemperature reset, system undervoltage reset, watchdog, watchdog retrigger, VDD1 reset, which is mainly used for processor core logic voltage management reset, three external power supply monitoring, power failure reset/protection FET, overvoltage lockout/push-pull output, latching/non-latching overvoltage monitoring, overcurrent protection and manual reset. TL7715ACPG4 operates in both active-low reset (RESET) and active-high reset modes indicated by the reset enable (RESETEN) pin. When RESETEN == 0, it is RESET active low reset.

In addition, the TL7715ACPG4 also provides a fourth internal reset source. This internal reset is a debounced manual reset input pin (MR). To ensure a stable reset, the internal reset input pin requires a low-level reset signal that lasts at least 1 millisecond. When the TL7715ACPG4 is manually reset, all its output signals are reset. The rising edge of the external reset signal is also used to reset all output signals to their reset state.

The TL7715ACPG4 also provides an external input fault (IFF) pin. This pin can be used to detect system faults such as overcurrent and overvoltage and to prevent system crashes. The Fault flag (FFLAG) assertion is triggered by two events: when the IFF pin is activated or when a POR is initiated.
