The TLC1079IDR is a high-speed, low-power, single supply CMOS operational amplifier designed to improve the performance of industrial instrumentation applications. This amplifier combines high performance and low single-supply operation to make it suitable for a wide range of applications. This paper describes the features, benefits and applications of the TLC1079IDR amplifier, as well as its general operating principles.The TLC1079IDR is a voltage feedback amplifier designed to achieve high-speed, low-power performance. It operates off a single supply voltage and does not require a level shift or bias voltage. The TLC1079IDR is designed to operate over a wide temperature range, up to +85°C without performance degradation. Additionally, the TLC1079IDR provides high impedance inputs, providing excellent input impedance matching to the sensor and reducing the effect of external noise sources.The TLC1079IDR can be used as an amplifier for both AC and DC signals. The AC coupling c refers to its ability to reject common mode frequencies up to 100 kHz, while the DC coupling refers to its ability to reject DC voltages up to 10 V. The gains available with the TLC1079IDR are programmable, allowing for flexibility and easy system integration.The TLC1079IDR also offers excellent power supply rejection and power supply noise filtering, thanks to its low bias current and low power consumption.
