The TLC3548IDW is a cost-effective, integrated analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an 8-bit resolution, designed for data acquisition applications. It is a low-power device, making it ideal for battery-operated mobile systems. With its low external component count, fast conversion time, and integration of transient voltage suppressor on its input pins, the TLC3548IDW is an excellent choice for applications including automotive, medical, industrial and consumer applications.

In applications such as temperature measurement, the TLC3548IDW has a direct interface with a temperature sensor, with a programmable high-pass filter set to the temperature sensor’s zero-crossing frequency.
