TLE62083GNT Application Field and Working Principle

The TLE62083GNT is a triple low-side protected High-Side Driver from Infineon, an integrated solution for the implementation of protected High-Side switching requirements. The TLE62083GNT is suitable for automotive and other applications like industrial, in which galvanic isolation is necessary. It jointly controls three N-channel MOSFET power switches with built-in soft-start, low side protection and over-current protection.
