The TLE9251VSJXUMA1 is a highly integrated 3-phase automotive gate driver IC that contains two independent high-side and two independent low-side gate driver channels. It is designed to drive high current N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a 3-phase bridge configuration such as half-bridge and H-bridge circuits. This IC provides a cost-efficient solution for controlling 3-phase motors like BLDC, PMSM, ACIM and recently it has also been used in inverters for photovoltaic applications.
