The TLP3073 is designed primarily as an Optoisolators - Triac, SCR output device. Designed using Toshiba\'s precision silicon-gate CMOS process technology, this component provides high isolation voltage, high speed, and wide operating temperature range. The TLP3073 is a photo-coupler consisting of an infrared LED on the input side and a photo-triac and a photodiode on the output side. The photo-coupler has a max CTR of 500% at a forward current of 20mA and a max. reverse current of 5mA. The Isolation voltage between input-output is rated up to 2500VAC. It has an operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C with an insulation resistance of more than one hundred Megaohm.
