Working Principle
The TLV2775CD is a versatile, low power, low drift, single supply, precision instrumentation amplifier that can be configured in either single-ended or differential topologies.The device is optimized for measurements in the ±10mV to ±100mV range with input noise below 100nV/√Hz.
The device consists of three independent amplifiers; two input amplifiers and one output amplifier. The two input amplifiers are configured to provide single-ended or differential amplification which is controlled by the gain control pin GIN. The two inputs can be operated in either the differential or single-ended configuration. The output amplifier is configured as a high-precision, low power wide common mode range differential amplifier.
The device provides excellent CMRR, high voltage gain and very low power consumption performance with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 36V. It features an adjustable/variable gain range of 0.5 to 100, a maximum output voltage swing of ±18V and an input voltage range of ±200mV. The output has a common-mode voltage range of ±2.5V and a quiescent current of approximately 1mA.
The device also incorporates an internal chopper stabilization technique for improved performance in low frequency applications such as ECG, bridge bridge and instrumentation amplifiers. The chopper technique provides a high degree of noise immunity as well as superior ac performance.
