TMC5062-EVAL-KIT

TMC5062-EVAL-KIT is a complete evaluation and demonstration kit for the TMC5062, a SENSORED FOC Verilated Brushless DC Motor Driver. It offers a complete platform for evaluaion and testing of the TMC5062 with the latest hardware, cutomer can use the application GUI for further testing and verification. This evaluation and demonstration kit allows customer to test the performance of the TMC5062 and to make dynamic stepper motor control without having to develop their own system.

The TMC5062-EVAL-KIT can drive a DC brushless motor that requires a 3-phase supply voltage, or a stepper motor from the PWM/DIR control interface. It can deliver up to 2A current and has a built-in Hall effect sensor, which does the commutation for you. This kit provides a user-friendly graphical user interface that allows the user to conveniently set various parameters such as the motor’s constant speed, acceleration, deceleration, and torque limit, as well as the speed profile for each phase in the PWM/DIR control.

The TMC5062-EVAL-KIT also supports a number of features such as position tracking of the commutated motor shaft, allowing the user to precisely control the motor’s position. It is also capable of monitoring the motor’s temperature, and can limit the motor’s operating temperature by Cycle-by-Cycle current limitation feature.
