TOP233YN is a high-speed Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuit that integrates an auto-restart crowbar and a 3-level MOSFET with an integrated gate driver. It is designed for very fast current limit protection (<1us) and precise thermal protection. The operating temperature range is -20°C to +85°C.

Working Principle of TOP233YN
