The TPCL4202 (TE85L,F) is a dual N/P-channel MOSFET Array designed for low on-resistance. It is ideal for applications such as load switch, low side switch, load pull-up switch, voltage clamp, and general switching purposes. The device is constructed with a substrate PNP and two complementary N and P-channel MOSFETs.

Working Principle

This voltage is proportional to the current flowing through the device and is determined by the gate-to-source voltage (VGS) of the device. The gate-to-source voltage determines the current flow through the device, which in turn determines the voltage at the drain and source terminals.
