The voltage window circuit is activated for the start-up, brown-out and over-voltage protection of power supplies. When the voltage level is within the window settings, the Reset and Start output signals are kept low, resetting and initiating the digital power-on delay logic. When the voltage trips outside of the set limits, the Reset and Start outputs are driven high and held in logic until the voltage comes back inside the voltage windows.The power-on delay and reset delay time are both adjustable by using the External Pre-Set Resistor. The output timer is activated by applying a logic-high to the Timer Pin, with the timer count generate by oscillator integrated into the package, with the timer duration adjustable by the external Pre-Set Resistor. The Output voltage comparator takes the reference voltage from the Internal Reference Pin and the Output Pin from the external power supply.
