The TPS53129EVM-621 offers a wide operating input voltage range of 4.5 V to 40 V ideal for various applications including low voltage power supplies in industrial, automotive, and consumer communications products. It delivers up to 5A of output current with an efficiency of up to 96%. The device operates from a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and features a low stand-by current consumption of 0.68 μA.

The TPS53129EVM-621 is equipped with an advanced protection feature that includes short-circuit protection, over current protection, over temperature protection, and over voltage protection. It offers a load sensing control option which enables the device to reduce the output voltage automatically with changes in the load conditions.
