Working Principle

TREV-MCP020 Evaluation Board is built around the MCP20xx family. The core of the board is ARM Cortex-M0 processor. It integrates peripheral modules such as UART, SPI, I2C, 4x12 GPIOs, On-board LCD, 5 keys and 8 LED. It also has JTAG connector for debugging and programming the MCU.The board operates with 5V DC power supply and the supplied power connector can be used to connect the board to external power source. The board is also equipped with Mini-USB cable which can be used to program and debug the board with drivers.The Evaluation board has 4 GPIO ports and each port has 12 GPIO lines. These GPIO ports can be used for communication, sensors, servo motor controls, LED lighting and much more. The GPIOs can be used to interface with external devices and configure them according to user requirements.The board is also equipped with an On-board LCD, 8 LED light and 5 keys which can be used to display the output of the microcontroller and to take user input.The Evaluation board also includes a debugging interface, which can be used to debug and program the microcontroller.
