Suitable for a wide range of modulation frequencies and sample rates, the modulation clock generator generates modulation frequencies at an accuracy of ±1000 parts per million (PPM). The multiphase high-frequency clock generator takes input frequencies and provides reliable high frequency (5–700MHz) with programmable frequency dividers.The TRF3761-CIRHARG4 device has an operating temperature range of -40°C to + 125°C.
