The Texas Instruments TRF3761-DIRHAR is a high performance, 5-6000 MHz fractional-N/integer-N jitter generating frequency synthesizer that is ideal for a wide range of applications, including wideband RF complex, cellular infrastructure, point-to-point and point-to-multipoint radio, in-building, and WiFi systems. It is an integrated solution that contains control logic, power management, and a frequency modulator to reduce jitter using DIRHAR (direct injection radio harmonic analysis). The TRF3761-DIRHAR is a fully integrated, broadband frequency synthesizer that integrates an up/down fractional-N/integer-N PLL, a VCO and feedback loop filter, as well as control logic and power management, a frequency modulator, and a dual-modulus prescaler.

The device contains a digital phase locked loop (DPLL) with dual-modulus prescaler, allowing it to generate frequencies across a wide tuning range of 5 to 6000 MHz.
