The TRK-KEA128 Evaluation Board is a powerful, versatile board designed specifically for embedded design engineers in the field of motor control, industrial instrumentation and automation, home and building automation, and consumer applications. This evaluation board is based on Freescale’s 32-bit KEA128 family of microcontrollers (MCU). The KEA128 family of MCU integrates the Freescale-patented High-Density Interconnect Module (HDIM), providing users with typical features such as a three-stage pipeline based on a Modified Harvard Architecture (MHA), configurable oscillator, and up to 128 kB of programmable flash memory. The TRK-KEA128 board includes a number of features that give its users a wide range of possibilities when it comes to developing projects. Among these features is its multiphase power module, designed for ease in supplying motor driver boards and external power sources, such as photovoltaic panels and battery packs.
