Working Principle:

The TS87C51RB2-LCB is an 8-bit embedded microcontroller featuring both ROM and RAM on-chip memory. The ROM version of the device offers 128K bytes of program memory preprogrammed with application code on-chip. The RAM version provides 6K bytes of RAM and the ability to store code in external memory. Both versions are designed to work with internal and external bus interfaces.

The 8-bit processor core operated at 24MHz, allowing a maximum throughput of 40 MIPS. It can be configured to run in single-cycle (2 MIPS) or multi-cycle (4 MIPS) operation.
