UC2625DW Application Field and Working Principle

UC2625DW Working Principle
The UC2625DW contains two independent, high-speed, high-frequency full-bridge, low-side drivers and two equally separated high-side drivers. It is non-inverting, H-bridge driver with a power source connected to the VCC pin. The drivers consist of two external power MOSFETs configured as shown in Figure 1. The MOSFETs are connected on the same power plane, so when one MOSFET is in the conducting state, the other one will be in the off-state.
The UC2625DW features a low-power sleep mode. This enables the user to save power while idle without the need to completely power down the device.
