UC3903DW

The UC3903DW device is an integrated circuit belonging to the PMIC-Supervisors family, manufacturing an adjustable system voltage threshold for embedded control applications. It is an NMOS-type voltage supervisor with detect delay, reset, and power-good capabilities. The device is composed by an output stage and an OCP (overcurrent protection) comparator, which senses a voltage greater than 3.2 VDC and sinks 10 mA while regulating its operation.

The input voltage and the reference voltage is compared using the internal OCP comparator and the output is controlled using the output stage.

The UC3903DW also has three diagnostic outputs, one for power-good, one for UNDERVOLTAGE, and another for overvoltage. These diagnostic output levels are designed to match the voltage levels of the various power supplies, allowing them to be monitored easily. The diagnostic outputs can be used to detect hardware reset, stand-by monitor reset, and bus reset, as well as general power-good monitoring operations.
