UCC27537DBVT is an ultra-low charge time, high-speed and low-quiescent current CMOS gate driver designed for driving high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFET switches used in a wide range of applications. This IC has been especially designed to reduce the total power dissipation in the application by virtue of its low quiescent current, fast switching capabilities and integrated body diode.
