The UCC38084DR is a highly-integrated PolyPhase™ controller IC for synchronous mono- and poly-phase buck DC-DC converters. It integrates all the primary semiconductor elements required for a complete synchronous Buck power supply design. Its multiple output operational amplifier stage and integrated Power Sense FETs allow the controller to drive two high/low side external FET pair without any additional external components while providing high accuracy output voltage. The UCC38084DR has an internal OTP ROM which contains the maximum duty cycle tip off and compensation data on the UCC38084DR.
