The UCC5519PWP creates a high fidelity and robust power isolation solution between the high-speed signals and the system ground potential. It acts as a precision isolation and termination device that isolates high frequency signals entering or leaving the system. The device also provides DC/DC power supply control, including voltage sensing and power-on reset generation.The isolation of the UCC5519PWP is achieved by the proprietary SIPTEK Power-Dividing Network (SIPNW). This highly efficient, low-power device isolates the high-speed multiple lines, filters and terminates the signals, and allows for a fast transient response. The SIPNW also supports high power efficiency and low standby power. The UCC5519PWP also features a unique Digital Power Limiting capability for controlling the voltage across the lines and for maintaining an overall low current profile. This feature is especially useful for systems operating at high frequency and/or operating over greater distances. The power limiting feature ensures that the line voltage is maintained at the correct level, even in the presence of transient noise or surges.The UCC5519PWP is available in a variety of form factors, including single-channel, dual-channel and quad-channel configurations.
