The UDA1352TS/N3,112 is a special purpose, analog-to-digital conversion (ADC) device. It is ideal for data acquisition, signal processing and signal condition applications. This chip consists of a high-speed 8-bit, 10-bit and 12-bit A/D converter, as well as two pulse-width-modulated (PWM) output channels. The PWM output channels enable precise control of analog signals over a wide bandwidth, with a very low distortion ratio (< 0.05 %), for improved signal fidelity. The UDA1352TS/N3,112 supports the single-ended, bipolar and self-clocking data acquisition and signal processing.The application field and working principle of the UDA1354TS/N3,112 are focused on analog-to-digital conversion, pulse width modulation, signal conditioning and signal processing. The UDA1354TS/N3,112 can be used in various applications like data acquisition, sensors, smart meters, remote monitoring and control, electronic instrumentation, automotive control and monitoring, and other general purpose applications. The ADC can convert single-ended, bipolar or self-clocking analog signals into digital words. It is a 12-bit successive approximation (SAR) ADC with a conversion rate of up to 125 KSPS. The chip also has two versatile PWM channels for improved signal fidelity.The UDA1354TS/N3,112 has two programmable pulse width modulator (PWM) channels with 10-bit resolution. The channels are equipped with an internal oscillator, which can be synchronized with the system clock or an external clock signal. The programmable PWM channels allow for precise control of analog signals over a wide range of frequencies, with low distortion. The chip also supports an analog multiplexer and an 8-channel delta-sigma modulator for the conversion of analog signals into digital data.The device has a low-power shutdown mode of operation, which is activated when no data is being processed by the chip. This feature increases the life of the device as well as reduces the power consumption. Additionally, the chip has a self refresh mode and a fast acquisition time of 60 μs. The UDA1354TS/N3,112 also has an onboard temperature sensor, which measures the chip\'s temperature and ensures the accuracy of the ADC\'s readings.The chip is available in a small, 4x4mm, 66-lead LQFP package and operates at a temperature range between -2 °C and +85 °C. It is fully RoHs compliant and meets the requirements of EMC and UL standards. The UDA1354TS/N3,112 has a shock and vibration resistance of 10g for 10-2000 Hz and 5g for 10-5000 Hz. It has an input voltage of 0-4.5V and a maximum drain current of 7.4mA.In conclusion, the UDA1354TS/N3,112 is an ideal solution for data acquisition and signal processing applications.
