US5K3TR is a three-terminal, low-power, low-voltage field effect transistor array. It features built-in ESD, low-voltage logic compatibility and pre-biased output stages. This makes it ideal for automotive, communications and automation applications, as well as being suitable for low-voltage, low-power and space-saving designs.

The US5K3TR uses a patented algorithm to provide temperature-independent performance across a wide temperature range from -40 to 125℃. The array also has a wide range of supply voltages from 1.2V to 3.6V and a maximum operating frequency of 2GHz. This makes the array suitable for high-speed data transmission and signal processing.

The US5K3TR includes three main components: a logic block, an output block and a control block. The logic block consists of a pair of transistors, an inverter and a control circuit. The output block consists of a pair of driver transistors, while the control block consists of an array of eight ESD protection transistors.
