Aluminum electrolytic capacitors, also known as aluminum electrolytic capacitors, belong to a specific type of capacitor that uses electrolytic oxidation of aluminum as an anode to form a semiconductor oxide film as a dielectric. Depending on the voltage, the strength of the current could vary, consequently, the oxide layer is slightly reduced in thickness due to electrolytic dissolution and polarization. However, when the voltage is removed, the original oxide layer is restored back and this process is called self-cleaning. This is what makes aluminum electrolytic capacitors have a longer life than other capacitors.The UVK2C330MPD has a wide range of capacitance from 0.47uF to 68uF and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +105°C. It features a service life of 3500 hours of liquid phase, 6,000 hours of low-end gas phase – at 85°C, and 11,000 hours of high-end gas phase – at 85°C. The impedance of the UVK2C330MPD is low, with dissipation factor of 0.05% and a rated voltage of 200V to 450V, making it highly reliable.
