Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Aluminum electrolytic capacitors, commonly known as electrolytic capacitors, are a component part that stores energy in the form of an electric field between two electrodes. They are essentially formed by two evaporated aluminum foils, each of which is coated with an oxide layer of aluminum, separated by a rolled-up tissue paper soaked in electrolyte and able to accommodate large amounts of electric charge.
